Elizabeth and Andrew’s wedding day was absolutely beautiful!! I just knew I was going to be obsessed with her wedding color scheme when I received her wedding invitation in the mail. The detail shots are so pretty! It was the perfect warm up for their gorgeous November wedding day.

Elizabeth and Andrew’s timeline allowed for plenty of bride and groom portrait time. It was pretty cold come sunset, but you’d never know it looking at their portraits. They were too busy looking DREAMY and giddy with just married excitement!! I just LOVED her veil. I had so much fun getting extra pretty shots with it!

There were so many special moments throughout the day, it’s hard for me to choose favorites. I’d have to say one of my most favorite parts, was their own personal written wedding vows. There wasn’t a dry eye there, I can assure you of that. They both genuinely spoke from the heart. And I always love a good laugh, so I especially loved the part where Elizabeth said she never thought she’d be marrying the guy who made her pay for her dinner on their first date. Haha, that’s just too funny! No worries, Elizabeth, my husband asked to sit at a table where he could see the television on our first official date, so he could watch the UVA basketball game, haha!!

I also loved that they chose to save the last dance of the night as a private dance for just the two of them. I snapped a few quick photos before leaving the two of them to share the last few moments of their wedding day celebration together before the big sparkler exit.
