I’m still swooning over Blair and Zack’s sunset riverside engagement session! I just can’t with these two! Honestly, it just amazes me how I am so lucky to meet and capture engagements and weddings for the kindest couples. I knew immediately after Blair contacted me, that we were going to be the perfect fit. Blair and I both have a heart for pediatric oncology. She’s currently in school for radiation oncology with a dream of working with pediatrics one day! Zack is also staying busy. He just started a new career in December. I’m so glad they took the time for an engagement session, it was SO much fun!
Blair is all about the details, as you can tell from their perfect attire. I cannot wait to see all of the wedding details in August. Blair is also a sentimental person, which brings me to why they chose this beautiful riverside engagement session. This spot is special because it’s family property. The river is right next to her father’s home, the oldest house in Augusta County. Zack took Blair to a spot right by the river, where they are planning to get married, and asked Blair if she wanted to do this forever! So needless to say, it is extra special to this sweet couple.
Blair lost her Nanny at the beginning of this year from cancer. Getting married without her Nanny there is going to be really tough for her. She’s planning to honor her in many different ways throughout the wedding day. Scroll to the bottom to see how she’s remembering her Nanny during this exciting time and bringing awareness to Multiple Myeloma Cancer.
Enjoy my favorites from their sunset riverside engagement session!
Engagement sessions are a MUST, because this season goes by so quickly. Take a break from wedding planning and really enjoy each other and your engagement! You won’t regret it! My couples always have so much fun, yes even the grooms!
